Mickey Mouse-inspired Cucumbers



Mickey Mouse-inspired cucumbers are a new menu feature at The Garden Grill Restaurant at the Epcot Center in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, as seen in this image released January 2, 2004. The cucumbers are grown hydroponically in greenhouses behind the restaurant. When each cucumber is three inches long, a Mickey mold is attached to the vine and the cucumber grows into it.
